I went into the shop looking for products that would help my skin, in the past I have tired counteless amount of products that I wasn't impressed with. When I went in Charlotte was the girl to help me and she was amazing! So full of knowledge on all the products and what would suit my skin! She was amazing and talked me through every step

No complaints on the service as such. Therapist walked me through all the steps and didn’t try to just upsell HOWEVER a very rude front desk lady…..barely nice forget hospitable. Felt like she’s doing me a favour by billing me, pre-adding a tip on top of an expensive service and then asking for my comfort in paying it, to make me look bad if I deny the tip. She had a straight face throughout and almost looked pissed with her job! Please train your staff to be nice and welcoming to customers being in a service industry. It makes a huge difference

The place was overall warm & adorable, the staff were very friendly & helpful. I’ve tried their hot stone message, the therapist walked me though every step of the session and I highly appreciate it as a person who loves details. If you’re looking for relaxing message with a great quality of oil on both smell & moisturising this would be perfect for you. However if you’re like me looking for something to relief your muscles sores this is definitely not for you. The experience overall was more relaxing than therapeutic.

A lovely day spa in the heart of Mayfair. The hot stone massage was most relaxing, while the facility was clean, and modern. The facility lacked a comfortable waiting area, and instead directed us to sit on bar type stools in the middle of the retail area. After the massage, I asked to take a shower but was told that none were available. My sense is that this facility is more set up for facial treatments than body treatments. Overall though, a very comfortable experience!

Poor service experience Concerning the products, so far I have only positive experience. I am using them since one year and am purchasing them online. Therefore I was very excited to visit the flagship stores when I was staying in London. From publicity I heard about the House of Elemis where the clients are treated with care and attention. That was not the case with me. Did I have the impression that I am only passing by and will not be a regular customer, I do not know. The whole “experience” was less than a minute: -what do you need? -the Superfood night cream -do you need something else? -ammmm, no -do you want a bag? {Like I can carry a box like that through the city Center?!?} Paid. The box in a bag. No testers. No extra effort to offer another product or just to get a bit more involved with the client. The cosmetic is of good quality. I just do not recommend the shop in London. More special deals online …

I have been a few times already for massage and facial with a couple of different people here. I highly recommend Nutan, she made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you. Also, the pent house suite for services is amazing and perfect if you are going with a companion to get something done.

I had a facial and massage with Hayley and she was so lovely, really made me feel comfortable and the treatments were fab. Everyone was really nice and the atmosphere was relaxing.

My first impressions of the place were very positive. Beautiful ambience, very friendly and helpful staff. Customer service was excellent. Prices of the treatments are reasonable. I certainly will be going back there. Credit cards accepted including Amex.

I was booked in for a facial for my birthday today. I was greeted by a bubbly welcoming receptionist who made me feel so welcome. I was totally made to feel special. I was introduced to my therapist Josie who was absolutely amazing. This was an absolutely wonderful start to my birthday. My face felt amazing and the finishing touch- a glass of water- a fruit shot- a glass of bubbly . What more could a girl want.

Fantastic customer service! I had a problem with an on-line order, and the two ladies working on 27th Aug 2024 resolved the issue within minutes. Greatly appreciate their expediency and care!
