Our visit to Carlotta in Marylebone was such a treat, from the delicious food to the incredible service from Vincenzo, Damiano, and the entire team. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The service struck that perfect balance - attentive without being intrusive, warm yet highly professional. The arancini were perfectly crisp on the outside with a flavourful center. The paccheri all’arrabbiata had just the right amount of heat, while the crab & vodka pasta was rich, silky, and absolutely delicious. We finished with the chocolate tart, which was indulgent without being too heavy - just perfect. Beyond the food, what made the lunch truly special was the brilliant team. Every single person working went above and beyond to create an atmosphere that was both lively and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where everyone contributes to such a seamless experience, but Carlotta has nailed it. We can’t wait to come back!

On the other hand, the food was delicious overall, but I wouldn’t recommend the Blue Cheese Ravioli—it lacked flavor and love.

Had an amazing experience at Carlotta! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a stylish yet cozy interior. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was the real star. Every dish was bursting with flavor, from the perfectly cooked pasta to the indulgent desserts. The cocktails were also top-notch, beautifully crafted and full of depth. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and put thought into every detail. If you’re looking for a fantastic Italian dining experience in London, Carlotta is a must-visit. Can’t wait to go back!

The best carpaccio I’ve ever had? Sign me up! Carlotta is a stunning restaurant that I came across by chance. Upon entering, you’re greeted with intimate lighting, red leather booths, and the smell of truffle coming from the serving plates walking by. While the reviews rave of the fettuccine Alfredo, we went a different route: The sea bass citrus crudo (solid dish but not my favorite) The veal tartare (which I bribed my partner for so I could finish) The carpaccio (which was the best, most tender, most flavorful I’ve ever had) The smoked stracciatella, which in my opinion should be on everyone’s order The creamy bass and leek, which was good but likely our least favorite dish (if we were forced to pick one at gunpoint) The blue cheese ravioli, which was pillowy and perfectly al dente, and was not strong on the blue cheese at all Finishing with the tiramisu, “just like nonna used to make”, which came in a massive Sicilian ceramic platter, and was spooned into our bowl with love. Amazing experience, first time having dinner at Carlotta and definitely returning soon! ☺️ The service by the Doctor was amazing and so welcoming and warm! He really helped us enjoy our special dinner evening and made our experience exceptional. He helped us make our menu choices, was prompt, attentive and definitely coming back as a result! The food was exceptional. Highly recommend the Italian chocolate Tart.

Had dinner at Carlotta tonight and it was an amazing experience. Our server, Mirko, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfectly arranged for us. Every staff member, including the bartender, was incredibly warm and welcoming. The food was good, and the restaurant’s decor was truly authentic. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this place!

My fav big momma restaurant in London! Have been here a few times, the service is always so good and they are very accommodating with the special request. The atmosphere is like no other, the food is great! Love love love their pistachio cake!

Went here for the first time and absolutely loved it. I knew it was part of the big momma group who also owns Jacuzzi (which is sooo goood) so I had high hopes - and it lived up to expectations! The restaurant has amazing decorations and fun but classy vibe to it. We had the truffle Alfredo for two and it was absolutely mouth watering. Highly recommend that. The service was great, really nice staff, and we had a great time. Highly recommended this place if you’re in the Marylebone area for some delicious Italian food and drinks!

Lovely experience at Carlotta The ambience was amazing with dimmed lights, quiet conversations and Italian music The service was great, order was taken at an appropriate time and food was served hot and quite fast The food itself was good, we ordered the vodka crab and risotto. The sauces were very good, with the risotto a bit too salty for my taste. We also ordered the sea bass carpaccio I believe it was, it was delicious but very small portion, and pistachio cake that I really liked because it wasn’t too sweet with a great pistachio flavour. The bill was also adequate given that we ordered a starter and desert to share and a main each

Food is good, but just at the level of good. I’d say I like the shrimp cocktail, the veal tartare, and marinated olives for sure. However, the mains are safe but not surprising. Perhaps, I had too much expectations. To be fair, the monkfish with Wellington featured is the one I wanted to go for a try to this fusion. The fish is springy, and it’s my taste of favourite. The pasta with crab meat I can tell it needs some effort to make the crab a bit crispy with burnt texture, I wouldn’t describe it crispy as people generally link to, but crispy as imagined for shredded crab meat. I like the idea of the cuisine, however, it didn’t align perfectly with my preference. By the way, Sweet As Pie assumed based on fruity whiskey, which is fresh and beloved to us.
