For the price, they should definitively renovate the rooms!!! The hotel levels do not look clean!!!!

A complete and prime example of a luxury 5 star hotel in the centre of London at Edgware Road. Extremely spacious rooms, toiletries and amenities. Excellent for all visits both business and vacation. Extensive variety and options of restaurants and cafes with direct access routes to the inner city as well. Highly recommended.

By far the worst hotel experience as a Hilton Honors member in my life. Customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. I will never come here again. You couldn't get me to stay here for free! The staff seems to have no idea what they're doing. Gave us the wrong room and then rudely kicked us out. I asked Isaac the reception manager for help and he thought I wanted a free room. I'm not unreasonable, i don't expect a free room but a little discount on the bill for my inconvenience would've been nice. Instead they offered free breakfast which I didn't think was good enough but i was nice enough to accept, however the "restaurant" that served breakfast had bland food. The scrambled eggs are disgusting. The drinks are warm. I went to the McDonald's for breakfast instead. Our key cards stopped working everyday. The shower had holes in the tile where they tried to mount the flimsy shower curtain holder. The hole in the wall is definitely a breeding ground for mold growth. The carpets in the rooms were very stained and need to be changed out. The 20 quid shower head was nice but I swear I've seen it advertised on Amazon. Which there was nothing wrong with it but it makes the experience feel cheap. Majority of our company said their experience here was terrible. Don't stay here. Go elsewhere. It's a waste of money and an absolute disappointment all around. Our company will be going elsewhere next year.

This Hilton was okay, but for the money it cost, you would expect quality. The shower did not always have hot water. The shower would lose the water pressure while showering, and there was no exhaust fan, so the steam would heat up the whole hotel room. The room had no air. We called for maintenance, and they came up to only tell me how to adjust the thermostat. It was hard to deal with for the price. The location was okay as far as touring goes. It was in the heart of the Middle Eastern community. It was a 25-minute walk to Hyde Park and a 40-minute walk to all the famous shopping/ Harrods! There is not much to pick from for food if you are vegetarian or vegan for food. Lifts work great! The gym is good for as far as hotels go.

Hello everyone, Horrible experience that i faced staying in this hotel , clogged wash basin sink and blood or coffee stained bathrobes were provided after i checked in late.I called in reception to highlight the issue but no one picked up my call and i went to cancel my stay but i was told I can’t now and even the reception manager didn’t even came out to acknowledge me after i raised the complaint.Atleast i will post it everywhere on social media with proof so everyone else is aware and stay away from this hotel. Thanks
